Bookings are subject to availability. FixMate reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in certain situations, such as emergencies or property access issues. Once a service is booked, a deposit may be required before the work begins.
3. Responsibility of the User
You are responsible for providing accurate information about the repairs needed and for ensuring that our technicians have safe access to your property. Any changes to the repair scope should be communicated as soon as possible.
4. Liability
To the extent permitted by New Zealand law, FixMate is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services, except for cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
